Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are no refund for digital nature products (eg. ebooks).

If you purchase an digital ebook there won’t be any refund for it.

There are certain situations where we can consider the refund:

    • Wrong book email/link delivered.
    • Incomplete book, pages missing, formatting errors.
    • If title of the book and download book are not same.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

 

Exchanges

We will exchange the ebook(regenerate the link) in case of technical errors found in the book that make it unreadable.
